This class is for students who are curious about the recorder, or who are interested in one day playing a wind instrument! We will go over the first steps to playing a recorder and learn some basic songs. Bring your own recorder, or borrow one from CMI!
Emily Wangler is a certified K-12 educator with experience teaching K-8 general music, all levels of band, beginner guitar class, and individual woodwinds! She has degrees from both University of Michigan and University of Colorado Boulder.
If you are a current student, this class is available for free. If you are not a current student, the fee is $40. Please feel free to call 303-347-9447 if you have any questions or need help registering for the class.
Minimum of 3 for class to be held. If less than 3 students by 8pm the night before the class, then the class may be cancelled.
