Dr. Hinkie has an undergraduate degree in music education and violin performance from Louisiana State University, a Master Degree in viola performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in viola performance from the University of Minnesota.
For this Master Class, Dr. Hinkie will focus on string ensemble skills. He also teaches the Wednesday evening String Ensemble at CMI from 6:30-7:30pm.
