WHAT STYLES OF MUSIC CAN I LEARN?

We teach all styles from rock, pop, jazz, country, worship, blues and classical. We combine the important fundamentals with the music YOU want to play. With 30 teachers at the Colorado Music Institute, you are sure to find the best match for YOU.

WHEN CAN I START?

‍We teach music lessons year-round, so you can get started any time.  We prorate the tuition for the first month, so you don’t have to wait for the beginning of the month for your first lesson.  You commitment is monthly, so we just ask that if/when you withdraw, you let us know by the 15th of the month that you plan to withdraw for the next month.  We do not require a minimum monthly enrollment.  Get started TODAY!

DO YOU HAVE RECITALS AND PERFORMANCES?‍

At Colorado Music Institute, all recitals are FREE!  We hold them monthly in our own recital hall.  They are a small, judgement-free, experience.  Recitals are not mandatory, but are encouraged.  When a student has a goal of performing their music in front of a small audience of family and friends, they excel at a faster rate, show confidence and feel pride in their work.

We also have opportunities for our students to rock out in a band!  Even our classically trained students love to have the chance to perform contemporary or rock music with smoke and lights like a rock star!  Come see what we are all about!

ARE YOUR INSTRUCTORS QUALIFIED?

Our instructors are highly qualified, all have teaching experience, and most importantly, they have a passion for teaching. Being a musician doesn’t automatically make you a teacher–that’s why we search for those who are best qualified for mentoring our music students!

Most importantly, our instructors strive to relate their teaching to each individual student’s learning style. Many of our instructors have gone on performance tours in the USA and Internationally and have years of professional performance and teaching experience.
