HOW DO I SIGN UP? 

Ready to start? You have nothing to lose.

Sign up is easy and student or parent-friendly, with helpful staff at the front desk seven days a week to serve you. Because we only offer lessons on a month-to-month basis, there are no large up-front payments, no complicated contracts, no annual material or performance fees, and no semester minimums.

Lessons are first come, first serve, so contact us today to arrange your first lesson!

PRICING:

$160/month for (1) 30-minute lesson per week.

$240/month for (1) 45-minute lesson per week.

$320/month for (1) 60-minute lesson per week or (2) 30-minute lessons per week.

Lessons are available seven days a week.

An initial registration fee per family is $30 (due at time of registration).

Tuition Payments:

Tuition is due the 1st of each month, payable through our autopay software, MINDBODY. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and all debit cards for your convenience. We can also help you set up direct debit payments from your checking account.

Cancellations:

For any lesson missed by a teacher, we will provide a sub, or if a sub is unavailable, a private makeup lesson will be scheduled promptly. For any lesson missed by a student, the Institute holds one-hour group makeup lessons/master classes, appropriate to the students’ level.  They cover topics that are useful to all students and are beneficial to attend, even if you haven’t missed your regular lesson.  All master classes are included with your tuition at no additional charge.  Registration is required.  Please refer to administration to sign up for your class!

Snow Days:

Snow days are somewhat subjective and in most cases we will be open. If the school closes, we will send a mass email to our students that we are closed and all lessons will be offered online for that day. If at anytime you feel unsafe to drive on the roads, you may request an online lesson from your teacher at your regularly scheduled time. You may have a lesson online at your regularly scheduled time or may choose to attend any 60-minute Master Class we offer (any instrument) as a makeup lesson. Master Class makeup lessons do not expire and you may attend at your convenience.  We serve four different school districts and will not follow any one district’s cancellation policy.

Withdrawals:

If you withdraw for any reason, you must sign the withdrawal form and return it to the office by the 15th of the month before you leave or you will be charged for the following month.
