ELI U

Eli is a voice, woodwind, and percussion teacher based out of Denver, CO. Originally from Port Allegany, PA; Eli has a long and proud history of music and music performance. He started learning drums at the age of 8 years old with voice and woodwinds following just a few years later. Eli’s musical performance experience includes Pennsylvania Music Educators Association All State Choir, Jazz Band, and Concert Band while he was in high school; as well as Reading Buccaneers Drum and Bugle Corps, Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, and Aftermath Percussion. He is also a freelance music producer and composer who focuses on drum corps and marching band for music composition as well as rock, metal, and EDM for music production. Eli is currently studying Recording Arts Technology at the Community College of Denver and plans to continue to get his Bachelor’s in Music Education to teach high school and college someday and continue composing.

Eli is a very versatile and fun music teacher for students of all ages. His approach to music is tailored specifically towards a student’s goals and needs. Do you have a student who needs a more fun approach to music and music lessons? No problem, Eli has fun games and exercises to keep the student interested. Do you have a student who wants to focus on more specific genres and styles? Eli has training in over 10 genres in every instrument he teaches. Do you have a student who wants to work with others and build connections? Eli loves to bring musicians of all backgrounds and ages together to create great music. 

When Eli is not creating music, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, mountain biking, snowboarding and many more. He is a ultramarathon runner finishing his first 100-mile trail race in September 2023 at 22 years old. He also loves to go bowling and play with Yo-Yos.
