Hi! My name is Kammie, and I have had a passion for music as long as I can remember, and have played piano since I was 5 years old! I started teaching piano by the age of 16 and have enjoyed helping students develop their musical abilities ever since. Over the years, I have worked with students of various ages and skill levels, with a focus on beginner and intermediate pianists. My goal is to help each student build a strong musical foundation while developing confidence, creativity, and appreciation for music.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and of course fun! I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and excited about their progress. Lessons are tailored to each students individual goals, learning style and interested to create a positive experience.
Outside of teaching piano, I enjoy hiking and exploring Colorado’s beautiful nature trails, working in outdoor education, and spending quality time with my fiancé.
