MAGGIE P
Maggie teaches clarinet, saxophone, and flute lessons to students of any age and level. She’s been a self-proclaimed “band nerd” ever since she started learning her first instrument, and that enthusiasm has developed into a deep passion for sharing the joy of making music with others. Her goal is to help students have fun growing as a musician while making connections to other aspects of life.
Maggie has a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumental and General Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Prior to moving to Colorado, she taught 5-12th grade bands in Wisconsin. Her professional experiences also include clinicianing school music festivals, teaching at summer band camps, and performing with a variety of music ensembles.
Outside of music, Maggie loves to cook, be outdoors, climb at the bouldering gym, and hang out with her two goofy cats.
