Marilyn’s musical journey began at age eight when her father handed her Pat Benatar’s Get Nervous. That spark led to a lifelong passion for singing, choirs, and formal training in piano and violin, giving her an early foundation in music, vocal health, and harmony. From there, she stepped onto the stage and never looked back.
She has remained a constant fixture in the Colorado music scene, fronting original rock bands, cover bands, and tribute acts; writing and releasing studio albums; headlining mountain casino residencies; and touring across the country.
She continues to channel her passion for singing by teaching an array of vocal styles, fronting three tribute bands celebrating the music of Alanis Morissette, P!nk, and K-Pop Demon Hunters, while also performing as a featured guest for the annual Lilith Fair Tribute and Popstalgia shows. In addition, she performs as a backing vocalist for numerous acts, including Isaac Points and the Denver Jazz Orchestra.
