MARY B
Mary began studying the piano at age 9. She participated in the Clementi Piano Festival, accompanied by a six-piece chamber ensemble at the age of 12. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Mary is passionate about classical music, music theory, and performing. She has experience in collaborative piano, both with other pianists and vocalists.
Mary enjoys working with beginner and intermediate learners, both kids and adults. She approaches teaching with a growth mindset and encourages her students to think of music not just as notes on a page, but as a mode of expression.
Outside of music, Mary is an avid reader and booklover. She enjoys houseplants, tea, learning Spanish, and spending time with her two cats.
